The hairstylists of Cutting it in the ATL are back for Season 2.

If you’re big about hair, you’ll know that the queens of scissors all reign from Atlanta.

So why not have a show about it? Right?

Enter Cutting it in the ATL! It follows five salon owners who want to grow their businesses while competing with one another for clients and stylists.

But these hairstylists are not your average joes; they are headstrong, furious and have a knack for hair, and of course, they’re full of drama!

Here’s a little more on the ladies:

Dedra Allen has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. She’s a visionary who’s well-known for combining her business acumen with her artistic talents.

LaKenya Morris’ interest in the beauty industry was ignited while she was a young girl playing with her dolls. After completing receiving her Master Cosmetologist license, LaKenya went on to open her own hair salon, Allure Beauty Bar.

Beautii Joseph who’s also known as “The Beautiologist is family-oriented. She’s a proud momma to son Donny and a boss lady in her own right.

Maja Sly is all about continuing the legacies of African American entrepreneurs and beauty industry pioneers.

Mushiya Tshikuka is both a hairstylist and activist who’s driven by her passion to empower women in and around Atlanta. She’s big on spreading the natural hair movement and is quickly making her mark in the industry.

Patricia Thompson is an entrepreneur who’s the founder and CEO of Touched BY An Angel Beauty School and Touched By An Angel Salons. She opened up her first hair salon in 1995 and has since grown her empire to 13 locations in Atlanta.
