Bonang Matheba has announced that she has left Metro FM. The news comes as a shock because Bonang was on radio on Monday morning and she co-hosted The Front Row with Lerato Kganyago.
She wrote on Twitter: "After 3 years of making magic on the Front Row, I can confirm that I have officially stepped down as the host of the show....." She also added that she'll miss her Metro FM family, and is looking forward to her next chapter.

I will miss my Metro FM family dearly, as they say all good things do come to an end....Looking forward to the next chapter of my radio life— Bonang B* Matheba (@bonang_m) April 3, 2017
Bonang also revealed that she only found out about the changes an hour before her show.
....my heart is broken. I was told about the changes to my show an hour before going on air today...— Bonang B* Matheba (@bonang_m) April 3, 2017
Among the many projects she's working on, Bonang will have her own reality show on VUZU AMP. The show, titled Being Bonang, will feature Bonang in her day-to-day business interactions alongside manager Jay Badza, snippets of her romance with AKA, her very close bond with her mom, the interwoven and often exhilarating relationship with her cousin Tebogo “Pinky Girl” Mekgwe, and good times with her friend Lorna Maseko.
