About
Vuzu steps off The Verge and into the Tech and Gaming main street. An interactive TV show that covers all the latest games and gaming news.
The show is broadcast live on Monday and Wednesday nights at 22:30 and is presented by Pippa Tshabalala and Mo Nagdee.
Pippa Tshabalala, formerly a Wits University Animation lecturer, holds a Masters in Fine Arts (Digital Animation) and has written and presented workshops internationally on the topic of video games and art, while Mo Nagdee describes himself as “Witty, sarcastic, opinionated presenter who is always up for a challenge.”
The show gives a distinctly local flavour to international gaming news, reviews, interviews and demos, with a range of South African and African material.
PlayR, an internationally syndicated show also presented by Pippa Tshabalala airs at 22:30 on a Thursday.
All of these diverse video game shows form a part of The Verge timeslot, week days at 22:30.
The inserts are available to watch on-demand on the Vuzu website, and viewers will also be able to chat live on-air with each other and the presenters with Txt2TV via sms, email, Mxit and Twitter.
